Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern purchases made on this site between Volt & Co. and any consumer customer.

1. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. The sale is concluded when the order confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is made by card or through the payment methods offered at checkout. The order ships after payment is received.

3. Promotional offers

Promotional offers (discount codes, Duo offer) are valid for the period shown on the site, while stocks last, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Products given away as part of an offer are neither exchanged nor refunded.

4. Shipping

Shipping across the continental US is free on every order that includes a Volt; for an accessory on its own, it costs $7.99. Delivery times are given as an indication. If a delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and be refunded.

5. Returns

The customer has 14 days from delivery to return the product, no reason needed. Return shipping is paid by Volt & Co.. The refund is issued within 14 days after the product is received.

6. Warranty

Volt & Co. provides a 2-year limited warranty on the frame, motor, battery and electronics, excluding wear parts, in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Support

Support is available 24/7 through the Contact page. Diagnosis is done remotely; parts are shipped under warranty or, if needed, the bike is serviced at a partner workshop.

8. Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State where Volt & Co.'s US entity is registered. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
