• Free shipping across the continental US on every order that includes a Volt. For an accessory on its own, shipping is $7.99.
• Shipped within 2 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed, by a specialized carrier.
• The bike arrives 95% assembled: all that is left is the handlebar and the pedals, 10 minutes is enough. An illustrated guide and a video are included, and our team stays reachable to help you.
• A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package ships.

Trial and returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind.
• The bike must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition, with all the accessories.
• Contact us before any return: we arrange the pickup with our carrier. Return shipping is paid by Volt & Co..
• The refund is issued within 14 days after the bike is received and checked.

Warranty

• 2 years on the frame, motor, battery and electronics.
• Support 24/7: remote diagnosis, parts shipped, or service at a partner workshop.
