E-bike rebates
Buying an electric bike can be partly covered by public rebates. Good news: you have nothing to do. After you receive your Volt, we put the file together for you.
We take care of everything
- You receive your Volt. Nothing to plan before ordering.
- You write to us at contact@voltcobike.com with your city and state of residence, and the name of your employer if you want to check for a commuter benefit as well.
- We do the rest. We check the rebates you qualify for (state, county, city, utility company, employer), we prepare the file with the supporting documents and we keep you posted until the money arrives. You have nothing to fill in.
Local rebates
Many states, counties, cities and utility companies offer their own e-bike rebate, sometimes stackable. A few examples:
- States: Colorado, Minnesota, Connecticut and others run statewide e-bike rebate programs, subject to income and residency conditions.
- Cities and counties: Denver, Washington D.C., Austin, Sonoma County and many other local governments offer one-off or ongoing rebates.
- Employers and utilities: some employers and electric utilities offer commuter benefits or vouchers for e-bike purchases.
Amounts and conditions change regularly. That is exactly why we check them for you at the time of your request.
The documents we attach to the file
A detailed invoice in your name showing the model, the serial number and the price paid, requested by most programs.
