What is the real-world range?
Up to 60 miles depending on the assist level, terrain, load and temperature. The Voltogue® battery charges in 3 hours on a regular outlet.
Can I get a local e-bike rebate?
Often, yes: many cities and states offer an e-bike rebate. And you do not have to do anything: after receiving your Volt, write to us, we check the rebates you qualify for and we put the file together for you. Learn more.
How do shipping and assembly work?
Free shipping across the continental US within 2 to 5 business days. The bike arrives 95% assembled: the handlebar and pedals attach in 10 minutes with the included guide.
Can I try the bike?
Yes: you have 14 days from delivery to try it. If it is not right for you, we arrange the return and refund you.
What does the warranty cover and where is support?
2 years on the frame, motor, battery and electronics. Our support team handles everything: remote diagnosis, parts shipped, or service at a partner workshop.
